Shvarn looked out of the window at a column of soldiers marching past. They marched well, and their armour and weapons were flawless, shining with that parade-ground gleam that only the most expensive weapons had. He wasn't impressed. Bunch of Royal Guard pretty boys. The window itself was more impressive. It was made of glass. Didn't see many of those around, most just used horn panels, if anything. A thin, petulant voice sounded behind him. "The General shall see you now."
